Jack has over 20 years of Sales, Operations and Delivery experience in the Technology Services industry. Jack has served in various leadership positions as Co-Founder and President of Facilitek Services (now Genuent, a Willis Group Company), Director of Sales for Glasshouse Technologies, Director of Business Operations for TEKSystems, President of Purity Technology, LLC, and currently Co-Founder and CEO of Pure IT Credit Union Services.
Jack has proven track record of building a go to market strategy, hiring the right team members, and executing the strategy to grow revenue and profits in multiple types of IT services, and geographical regions. He has helped build a startup from greenfield to $30 million in revenue in 3 years, helped grow a company from $20 million to $120 million in 2 years, and grew and ran operations of a region doing $75 million in revenue a year with 100 direct reports. He has been successful developing other leaders, in the IT services space, and creating a legacy in the market place.
Stacy King has over 20 years of Sales, Operations and Delivery experience in the Technology Services industry. Stacy has served in leadership positions as Director of Operations for TEKsystems, Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder for Facilitek Services (now Genuent), CEO of Purity Technology, LLC, and in her current position as Co-Founder and COO of Pure IT Credit Union Services.
Throughout her career, Stacy has established a proven track record for creating and executing strategy for market growth, building and managing diverse sales teams, as well as driving revenue and profit across multiple geographic regions. She has been responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in every position she has ever held and her sales focus has always been in the Information Technology space.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.
Trent has over twenty-seven years of experience designing advanced, network architectures, enterprise applications and web-based data management interfaces that improve business operations, service quality and cost effectiveness. Trent works closely with Pure IT Credit Union Services clients to architect the optimal solutions that improve operational efficiencies and security while containing cost. Trent has held a number of executive positions in the IT industry, where he became an expert in advising clients on strategic technology strategies for promoting business growth. Prior to Pure IT, Trent served as the CIO for Asgard Cloud Services and CTO of a healthcare information company that was a technology offshoot of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He owned his own company, BlueInk Technologies for over a decade after selling his previous partnership, EdView to Apple Computer.
Henson was also the Executive VP of Information Technologies at Dyonyx, a Houston-base IT services company that provides small to medium size businesses with enterprise-quality IT services at a more affordable rate. Dyonyx also provides a full compliment of services to several Federal agencies where availability and security are the primary focus. These services include highly available and secure virtual infrastructures, networking and software support, processing power, application management and storage.
Henson was also involved with the successful design and deployment of an open standards-based telemedicine system in the mid-nineties which provided a conduit for the exchange of various data between multiple healthcare systems. That system provided remote diagnostic quality “reads” of medical data, such as X-rays and MRIs leveraging the recently deregulated Internet several years before that approach became mainstream. Henson’s company also designed, developed and managed a statewide child abuse management system for the state of Texas. The application was designed to incorporate all 62 facilities using the system providing unique data capture and reporting requirements based on a national standard. He has worked with Pure IT Credit Union Services to design and implement a new micro cloud architecture and service for highly regulated industries such as Credit Unions.
VP of Professional Services
Mr. Koinm had a successful career in IT as an Enterprise Architect designing and teaching IT Architecture for large systems in Telecom, Healthcare, and Oil and Gas companies. After some time, he rose to the executive ranks, pitched an idea to VC’s, received $20MM in funding and created a successful Managed Services and Hosting company that was sold to VeriCenter which was then purchased by Sungard. That experience lit his Entrepreneurial fires and he went on to start several other businesses doing Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration before going back to Sungard building out the reference architecture for the business he had created before. He then took on a new challenge at Oracle Corporation where he taught companies how to tap into the potential of Big Data and Cloud Computing. Most recently he led business development at Rumscheidt Enterprises, a Digital Strategy firm, where he was an Entrepreneur that consulted with Entrepreneurs about being an Entrepreneur. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
VP of Business Development
Kyle provides a unique Credit Union Industry perspective and background to our team. As a former Credit Union IT leader he brings our potential clients’ perspective to our business. Over his twelve plus years in the Credit Union space he has created a network of Credit Union CIOs and industry vendors which gives us excellent access to our target market and inside information on our competitive landscape. Kyle’s experience also includes Chief Operations Officer of OGO, a Credit Union focused IT disaster recovery and community cloud provider. From his COO experience he brings with him knowledge and experience on product & company acquisitions, process development & improvement skills, in depth knowledge on Credit Union regulatory IT needs, and experience guiding a fast growing IT company. Beyond his key Credit Union industry knowledge, Kyle brings a mix of deep IT and business skills. No matter his title, his role in his more than 15 years in the IT and business world always included bridging the gap between business and IT units. This ability allows Kyle to both improve internal communication and also be a key resource for external sales and sales engineering roles. His business experience has the additional validation from his continued education focused on business leadership. He holds an Executive MBA from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Mennonite University.
